[MINOR] Structured Streaming statistics page indent fix

### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Structured Streaming statistics page code contains an indentation issue. This PR fixes it.

### Why are the changes needed?
Indent fix.

### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No.

### How was this patch tested?
Existing unit tests.
