[SPARK-34051][DOCS][FOLLOWUP] Document about unicode literals
### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR documents about unicode literals added in SPARK-34051 (#31096) and a past PR in `sql-ref-literals.md`. ### Why are the changes needed? Notice users about the literals. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes, but just add a sentence. ### How was this patch tested? Built the document and confirmed the result. ``` SKIP_API=1 bundle exec jekyll build ``` ![unicode-literals](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/4736016/126283923-944dc162-1817-47bc-a7e8-c3145225586b.png) Closes #33434 from sarutak/unicode-literal-doc.
