[MINOR][DOCS] Updating the link for Azure Data Lake Gen 2 in docs

### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Current link for `Azure Blob Storage and Azure Datalake Gen 2` leads to AWS information. Replacing the link to point to the right page.

### Why are the changes needed?

For users to access to the correct link.

### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

Yes, it fixes the link correctly.

### How was this patch tested?

N/A
