I don't think this needs Jenkins config changes.

This PR removes all docs about the old streaming-akka, streaming-zeromq, streaming-mqtt and streaming-twitter projects since I have already copied them to https://github.com/spark-packages
Also remove mqtt_wordcount.py that I forgot to remove previously.

Note to davies -- this does not fix the "WARNING: Literal block expected; none found." warnings since that seems to involve spacing which IntelliJ does not like. (Those warnings occur when generating the Python docs.)
