## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Refactor `UnsafeArrayDataBenchmark` to use main method.
Generate benchmark result:
```sh
SPARK_GENERATE_BENCHMARK_FILES=1 build/sbt "sql/test:runMain org.apache.spark.sql.execution.benchmark.UnsafeArrayDataBenchmark"
```
