Ivan Sadikov 4036ad9ad9 [SPARK-36163][SQL] Propagate correct JDBC properties in JDBC connector provider and add "connectionProvider" option
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This PR fixes two issues highlighted in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-36163:
- JDBC connection provider propagates incorrect connection properties.
- Ambiguity when more than one JDBC connection provider is available.

I updated `BasicConnectionProvider` to use `jdbcOptions.asConnectionProperties` to remove JDBC data source specific options.

I also added `connectionProvider` data source option that specifies the name of the provider, e.g. `db2`, `presto`, to allow enforcing this specific provider in case of ambiguity.

### Why are the changes needed?
Users can leverage `spark.sql.sources.disabledJdbcConnProviderList` but it is cumbersome and requires them to disable all other providers which could be problematic when using ambiguous providers in two or more different JDBC queries.

### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

Yes

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
This introduces new JDBC data source option `connectionProvider` that allows users to select a specific JDBC connection provider based on the short name. I updated the SQL guide doc and README.

Before this change, the only way to resolve ambiguity was SQL conf to blacklist all of the other JDBC connection providers. After this change users will be able to specify the exact connection provider they need per data source.

### How was this patch tested?

I updated the existing `ConnectionProviderSuite` and added a new `BasicConnectionProviderSuite`.

Closes #33370 from sadikovi/fix-jdbc-conn-provider.

itholic 48252bac95 [SPARK-35583][DOCS] Move JDBC data source options from Python and Scala into a single page
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This PR proposes move missing JDBC data source options from Python, Scala and Java into a single page.

### Why are the changes needed?

So far, the documentation for JDBC data source options is separated into different pages for each language API documents. However, this makes managing many options inconvenient, so it is efficient to manage all options in a single page and provide a link to that page in the API of each language.

### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

Yes, the documents will be shown below after this change:

Kousuke Saruta 529b875901 [SPARK-35226][SQL] Support refreshKrb5Config option in JDBC datasources
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This PR proposes to introduce a new JDBC option `refreshKrb5Config` which allows to reflect the change of `krb5.conf`.

### Why are the changes needed?

In the current master, JDBC datasources can't accept `refreshKrb5Config` which is defined in `Krb5LoginModule`.
So even if we change the `krb5.conf` after establishing a connection, the change will not be reflected.

The similar issue happens when we run multiple `*KrbIntegrationSuites` at the same time.
`MiniKDC` starts and stops every KerberosIntegrationSuite and different port number is recorded to `krb5.conf`.
Due to `SecureConnectionProvider.JDBCConfiguration` doesn't take `refreshKrb5Config`, KerberosIntegrationSuites except the first running one see the wrong port so those suites fail.
You can easily confirm with the following command.
```
build/sbt -Phive Phive-thriftserver -Pdocker-integration-tests "testOnly org.apache.spark.sql.jdbc.*KrbIntegrationSuite"
```
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

Yes. Users can set `refreshKrb5Config` to refresh krb5 relevant configuration.

### How was this patch tested?

Gabor Somogyi 231e65092f [SPARK-30874][SQL] Support Postgres Kerberos login in JDBC connector
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
When loading DataFrames from JDBC datasource with Kerberos authentication, remote executors (yarn-client/cluster etc. modes) fail to establish a connection due to lack of Kerberos ticket or ability to generate it.

This is a real issue when trying to ingest data from kerberized data sources (SQL Server, Oracle) in enterprise environment where exposing simple authentication access is not an option due to IT policy issues.

In this PR I've added Postgres support (other supported databases will come in later PRs).

What this PR contains:
* Added `keytab` and `principal` JDBC options
* Added `ConnectionProvider` trait and it's impementations:
  * `BasicConnectionProvider` => unsecure connection
  * `PostgresConnectionProvider` => postgres secure connection
* Added `ConnectionProvider` tests
* Added `PostgresKrbIntegrationSuite` docker integration test
* Created `SecurityUtils` to concentrate re-usable security related functionalities
* Documentation

### Why are the changes needed?
Missing JDBC kerberos support.

### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?
Yes, 2 additional JDBC options added:
* keytab
* principal

If both provided then Spark does kerberos authentication.

### How was this patch tested?
To demonstrate the functionality with a standalone application I've created this repository: https://github.com/gaborgsomogyi/docker-kerberos

* Additional + existing unit tests
* Additional docker integration test
* Test on cluster manually
* `SKIP_API=1 jekyll build`

Douglas R Colkitt 8fc5cb6285 [SPARK-28473][DOC] Stylistic consistency of build command in README
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Change the format of the build command in the README to start with a `./` prefix

    ./build/mvn -DskipTests clean package

This increases stylistic consistency across the README- all the other commands have a `./` prefix. Having a visible `./` prefix also makes it clear to the user that the shell command requires the current working directory to be at the repository root.

## How was this patch tested?

README.md was reviewed both in raw markdown and in the Github rendered landing page for stylistic consistency.
