Refactor `ColumnarBatchBenchmark` to use main method.
Generate benchmark result:

SPARK_GENERATE_BENCHMARK_FILES=1 build/sbt "sql/test:runMain org.apache.spark.sql.execution.vectorized.ColumnarBatchBenchmark"
```
