Dongjoon Hyun e63098b287 [SPARK-29007][MLLIB][FOLLOWUP] Remove duplicated dependency ... ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This removes the duplicated dependency which is added by [SPARK-29007](b62ef8f793/mllib/pom.xml (L58-L64)). ### Why are the changes needed? Maven complains this kind of duplications. We had better be safe in the future Maven versions. ``` $ cd mllib $ mvn clean package -DskipTests [INFO] Scanning for projects...
