In the PR, I propose to add 2 new methods that accept one field and produce either `YearMonthIntervalType` or `DayTimeIntervalType`. ### Why are the changes needed? To improve code maintenance. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested? By existing test suites.
