Sean Owen 36fa1980c2 [SPARK-30158][SQL][CORE] Seq -> Array for sc.parallelize for 2.13 compatibility; remove WrappedArray ... ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Use Seq instead of Array in sc.parallelize, with reference types. Remove usage of WrappedArray. ### Why are the changes needed? These both enable building on Scala 2.13. ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? None ### How was this patch tested? Existing tests Closes #26787 from srowen/SPARK-30158.
