### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR proposes to rename "pandas APIs on Spark" to "pandas API on Spark" which is more natural (since API stands for Application Program Interface). ### Why are the changes needed? To make it sound more natural. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? It fixes a typo in the unreleased changes. ### How was this patch tested?
