The instance of `FileSplit` is redundant for `ParquetFileFormat` and `hive\orc\OrcFileFormat` class. ## How was this patch tested? Existing unit tests in `ParquetQuerySuite.scala` and `HiveOrcQuerySuite.scala` Closes #22802 from 10110346/FileSplitnotneed.
