## What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Check JDK version (with javac) and use SPARK_VERSION for publish-release

## How was this patch tested?

Manually tried local build with wrong JDK / JAVA_HOME & built a local release (LFTP disabled)

Spark Developer Scripts

This directory contains scripts useful to developers when packaging, testing, or committing to Spark.

Many of these scripts require Apache credentials to work correctly.
