Only use antlr4 to parse the interval string, and remove the duplicated parsing logic from `CalendarInterval`. ### Why are the changes needed? Simplify the code and fix inconsistent behaviors. ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? No ### How was this patch tested? Pass the Jenkins with the updated test cases.
