### What changes were proposed in this pull request? 1. Describe the JSON option `allowNonNumericNumbers` which is used in read 2. Add new test cases for allowed JSON field values: NaN, +INF, +Infinity, Infinity, -INF and -Infinity ### Why are the changes needed? To improve UX with Spark SQL and to provide users full info about the supported option. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes, in PySpark. ### How was this patch tested?
