Hive Metastore supports strings and integral types in filters. It could also support dates. Please see [HIVE-5679](5106bf1c86) for more details. This pr add support it. ### Why are the changes needed? Improve query performance. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested? Unit test.
