Escape of escape should be considered when using the UniVocity csv encoding/decoding library. Ref: https://github.com/uniVocity/univocity-parsers#escaping-quote-escape-characters One option is added for reading and writing CSV: `escapeQuoteEscaping` ## How was this patch tested?
