### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR aims to update SBT from 1.4.2 to 1.4.4. ### Why are the changes needed? This will bring the latest bug fixes. - https://github.com/sbt/sbt/releases/tag/v1.4.3 - https://github.com/sbt/sbt/releases/tag/v1.4.4 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
