This PR is to address the comment: https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/12146#discussion-diff-59092238. It removes the function `isViewSupported` from `SessionCatalog`. After the removal, we still can capture the user errors if users try to drop a table using `DROP VIEW`. #### How was this patch tested?
