Wenchen Fan 5effc016c8 [SPARK-16879][SQL] unify logical plans for CREATE TABLE and CTAS ... ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? we have various logical plans for CREATE TABLE and CTAS: `CreateTableUsing`, `CreateTableUsingAsSelect`, `CreateHiveTableAsSelectLogicalPlan`.
