## What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Implement `_repr_html_` for PySpark while in notebook and add config named "spark.sql.repl.eagerEval.enabled" to control this.

## How was this patch tested?

New ut in DataFrameSuite and manual test in jupyter. Some screenshot below.
