Previously CREATE TABLE syntax forces users to specify a provider so we have to add a USING _ . Now the problem was fix and we need to remove it. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No ### How was this patch tested? Existing tests Closes #30599 from huaxingao/remove_USING.
