The nullabilities of `MapObject` can be made more strict by relying on `inputObject.nullable` and `lambdaFunction.nullable`. Also `ExternalMapToCatalyst.dataType` can be made more strict by relying on `valueConverter.nullable`. ## How was this patch tested? Existing tests.
