## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This is a followup of https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/12851
Remove `SparkSession.withHiveSupport` in PySpark and instead use `SparkSession.builder. enableHiveSupport`

## How was this patch tested?
Existing tests.
