Merge test_decimal_ops into test_num_ops - merge test_isnull() into test_num_ops.test_isnull() - remove test_datatype_ops(), which already covered in 11fcbc73cb/python/pyspark/pandas/tests/data_type_ops/test_base.py (L58-L59) ### Why are the changes needed? Tests for data-type-based operations of decimal Series are in two places: - python/pyspark/pandas/tests/data_type_ops/test_decimal_ops.py - python/pyspark/pandas/tests/data_type_ops/test_num_ops.py We'd better merge test_decimal_ops into test_num_ops.
