HyukjinKwon f72b9068ad [SPARK-34643][R][DOCS] Use CRAN URL in canonical form
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This PR fixes the URL links to use CRAN URL in canonical form.
CRAN package submission was failed as below:

### Why are the changes needed?

To fix CRAN package submission

### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

It exposes a canoncal form of URLs to end users.

### How was this patch tested?

I manually clicked each links.

Closes #31759 from HyukjinKwon/minor-doc-fixes.

SparkR Documentation

SparkR documentation is generated by using in-source comments and annotated by using roxygen2. After making changes to the documentation and generating man pages, you can run the following from an R console in the SparkR home directory

library(devtools)
devtools::document(pkg="./pkg", roclets=c("rd"))

You can verify if your changes are good by running

R CMD check pkg/
