Kent Yao 4e073f3c50 [SPARK-30047][SQL] Support interval types in UnsafeRow ... ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Optimize aggregates on interval values from sort-based to hash-based, and we can use the `org.apache.spark.sql.catalyst.expressions.RowBasedKeyValueBatch` for better performance. ### Why are the changes needed? improve aggerates ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? no ### How was this patch tested? add ut and existing ones Closes #26680 from yaooqinn/SPARK-30047.
